Job Description & Compensation:
Advertising Representatives (Ad Reps) needed to establish new advertising accounts with real estate offices, commercial & residential properties, owners selling or renting, rental communities, property management companies, banks & foreclosure disposition centers, automotive dealers, mechanical service centers, builders, contractors, mortgage & loan services, auctions, State, City, County, Government offices and any business selling merchandise, inventory or products. Including any existing businesses that have placed advertising Ads in directory services, magazines etc. all are potential new accounts. The Ad Rep position is available throughout the United States. Ad Reps earn a $100.00 fee for each new paid Premium Advertising Package account established and the opportunities to establish these new accounts are potentially endless. Any individual or business that advertises anything is a potential account. Ad Reps can potentially earn $100.00 to $500.00 plus per day. Each new account requires approximately 60-90 minutes to establish and complete. There is no salary paid for the Ad Rep position, you will be an Independent Contractor. Virtually any listing, service, category or topic offered on our website is a potential new advertising account and there are no assigned territories. Please click the “Preview Sample Ads & Categories” link on the home page to view all the listings, services, categories and topics. They are all potential accounts you can aim for and earn a great income. Or choose any that you may have experience in.
Top (3) Ad Reps in each State each month will receive a $1000.00 first place, $500.00 second place and $250.00 third place bonus. A minimum number of accounts must be established each month to qualify.
For every 20 new paid Premium Advertising Package accounts you establish in a monthly cycle you receive an extra $100.00
For those Ad Reps that prove themselves successful each month in establishing new accounts may have an opportunity for a Regional Management position in their area (County). Earn an extra income from each Ad Reps paid Premium Advertising Package account that has been established in a designated region.

Job Requirements:
- Absolutely NO negative, bad attitudes apply. ONLY happy, positive, polite, helpful, outgoing individuals.
- Ad Reps must have a laptop computer with an air card for mobile broad band access, digital photo camera and a video camera. They must take quality clear photos and videos. Ad Reps will take 10 photos and create a virtual video tour of each new account established. Example: A new rental community account. You will take a total of 10 photos of the community grounds, amenities and the outside and inside of a selected rental apartment. Record a virtual video showing the community grounds including all amenities and a clear video showing the outside and inside of a selected rental apartment including all the amenities and features. Optional, ask customer if they want you to narrate the video explaining the features and amenities.
- An Ad Rep must have technical knowledge on how to submit ads, upload photos and videos on their own laptop computer at the new established account location. Ad Reps MUST show proof of the submitted ad with photos and video to customer and customer must be 100% satisfied before leaving establishment with a signature as proof.
- Ad Reps must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ad Reps must have some form of reliable transportation.
- Ad Reps must be neat, clean, dress well (ABSOLUTLY NO SHORTS OR T-SHIRTS) have excellent verbal skills (narrating) explaining what they are recording on the video and to communicate well with customer. Must be able to communicate and solve any problems or questions that may arise.

- Ad Reps will be Independent Contractors. Before an Ad Rep is approved for the position he or she must create an ad as your Test Sample Ad. For your test sample ad you may choose to submit an ad from any of the Property Listings or Services, Merchandise or Auto Listings categories. We will provide you with a promo code for a free temporary ad. Test sample ad must include 10 photos and a video. After completed we will review the ad, photos and video for quality purposes then you will be notified on the position. We suggest you practice taking photos & video before submitting your test ad. Photos and video must be of the highest quality to be approved for position.
- All Ad Reps will be issued a 1099 tax form.
Important Note: If you feel you just don’t have the technical knowledge for submitting the ads, taking and uploading photos and videos or you just don’t have the required equipment needed for this position but you’re a great sales person, remember you will be an Independent Contractor. You are your own Boss; we provide the Services for you to offer and give you the opportunity to earn a great income. If you want to create a partnership with someone that has the knowledge and equipment it’s up to you to arrange a partnership agreement between each other. Team work can be very successful and profitable.
